LPC/LCSW/LMFT
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality clinical services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach to care. You will work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support holistic, ethical, and effective treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on client needs and licensure scope.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care.
- Complete risk assessments and respond appropriately to safety concerns.
- Maintain ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practice at all times.
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development as required.
Qualifications
- Current and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, as applicable to the position.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Experience providing clinical mental health services in an outpatient, community, private practice, or similar setting.
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a team.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation, confidentiality standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
